Fred in Service is Awesome! Purchased a 2016 Avalon from this store back in February, and decided to go back for first oil change - sure glad I did! When pulled into Service Bay Purchased a 2016 Avalon from this store back in February, and decided to go back for first oil change - sure glad I did! When pulled into Service Bay, was greeted by Fred.. We talked IndyCar brieflly (he noticed my IMS plate), and it was an overall very welcoming experience. I normally go for the cheaper/quicker option for oil changes (Lube Express, chains, etc).. However, since I had such a great buying experience - I decided to take it back to the Dealership. I was in and out in less than an hour; the GM (Eric) even took time to say hi. They of course changed my oil, but that wasn't it - the service was complete with tire rotation, car wash, and checked all fluids; Fred even provided valuable info on tire wear which I found helpful. Eric runs a fabulous Dealership. I have been impressed every step of the way. They have earned my business for generations to come. More

Oil change Excellent service. We were told it would be 45 minutes and they were right on. We waited in a nice, clean area with coffee and snacks. Could not a Excellent service. Great CP; service and office personnel are hit/miss We moved to IN a few months ago and have had Ed Martin service our vehicles. Tammy has been my primary contact in service and is GREAT! However, on o We moved to IN a few months ago and have had Ed Martin service our vehicles. Tammy has been my primary contact in service and is GREAT! However, on our Tundra, service ticket was marked as "service complete and washed"; I assume service was completed but truck was turned over to me not washed (I did not have time to get it washed as offered by service). Our 4Runner's initial service was fine with no surprises. However, during the last routine 4Runner service I was informed the alignment needed attention which was performed. After leaving the dealership I noticed the window service reminder not changed and items stored in the rear hatch area completely shifted from one side to the other indicating someone had driven the vehicle from service to pick-up aggressively. I further checked over the paperwork noticing the alignment confirmation paperwork did not indicate correction. I returned to the dealership and Tammy was able to provide the correct paperwork on the alignment. Very good people in the service drop off area and Tammy has gone beyond what I would expect to help with issues. However, not sure I will return as basic items seem to constantly get messed up which raises the question as to whether service being performed is completed as required or intended or just glossed over with a paperwork completion. More

Great first visit to the Service Department This is such an impressive facility! Pulling in is similar to arriving at a new hotel for valet service. John Mills, the Assistant Service Manager This is such an impressive facility! Pulling in is similar to arriving at a new hotel for valet service. John Mills, the Assistant Service Manager, was friendly and professional while answering all my questions. He arranged a courtesy van ride for me and made sure I was picked up later right on time. My car was serviced in the time frame exactly as I had been told. My only suggestion would be to have better signage directing customers to the correct entrance to the Service Department when arriving from the west on 141st Street. More
Pleasant no pressure experience! I came in to get a tire rotation, walked over to the show room and looked at the RAV4 and Matt said hello. I told him I was surprised at how different the RAV4 looks. We started talking about it and next thing I know, I test drove one. Corry, Dustin and Matt were instrumental in the sale. Next day, I returned to finalize with Corry and he spent well over an hour explaining all the features and told me to stop by any time if I have any questions as he knew there was a lot to absorb.
