From having refrigerators with cold drinks, to snacks, everything was there to make you comfortable with your visit. My salesman was Mike Gunderson. The Sales Manager was Marc W. Brown. I never felt the pressure I have always felt in trading before. This was absolutely the best dealership I have ever dealt with!!! They truly made this a pleasurable experience!!! Dustin is a very personable young man, extremely professional, knows his products, expresses himself very articulately and was extremely accommodating. Dustin included Jacob Balderas in the closing of the deal. Jacob also was the presenter and educator of the Highlander's features, requirements, amenities and general questions that we had. Jacob very knowledgeable, articulate, a great listener and very professional in his demeanor and appearance. Both Dustin and Jacob are great "faces" for Ed Martin Toyota. More
