Sky was extremely easy to work with, honest, patient with my quest Best car-buying experience I have ever had. A co-worker referred me to Sky Estes. Sky was extremely easy to work with, honest, patient with my questions, willingly shared his vast expertise, and worked hard to get me the exact car I desired at a fair price. My trade-in Camry was 15 years old. Cars have changed a lot in that amount of time. When the car came in, Sky spent quite a bit of time going over the manuals and teaching me how to operate the car. I stopped by a couple of weeks later and he again cheerfully answered some questions that had arisen and taught me how to use some additional features of the new car. I appreciated that he was willing to spend his time with me after the sale. There was an issue with the title on the car which turned out to be an error by the BMV, not Toyota. I was impressed that the general manager, Derek Manis, called me himself to discuss and reassure me. Hoping the service experience is as good as the sales experience. More

We saw the vehicle on Car Gurus on a Sunday, made the inquiry and heard back from the dealership the next day. We visited the dealership the same Monday and test drove the vehicle, and immediately knew we wanted to purchase. Our salesman Jacob was outstanding, and Heather in financing made the whole process COMPLETELY EFFORTLESS. Jacob stood behind everything he told us, and when delivered the car was spotless with a full tank of gas! The dealership offices are customer friendly and comfortable, very clean. Lots of nice touches like coffee and snacks etc that make the customer comfortable while waiting. They are even dog friendly ! Definitely will be back to purchase soon when our lease expires on another vehicle. More

Casey was incredibly professional during the sales process, and did not pressure us into purchasing. It was definitely a departure from other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. We arrived at the dealership at 9am, looked at the available options, made the choice to test-drive one, requested to take it to our mechanic for an additional safety check and left with the vehicle by 10:30. After our mechanic checked it over (no issues at all) we returned later that day to discuss price and Casey was again very professional and efficient. We took possession of the vehicle after only a short wait for paperwork. The entire staff at the dealership was very polite and professional during our short time there. More
