We were, then, introduced to Dustin Cronkhite, Sales Manager. After explaining the type of car we were interested in, they immediately pulled one up to the front of the building that matched all our requirements. At no time, during our visit, did we feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle. Purchasing and leasing options, were thoroughly explained. The dealership did not have the exact vehicle that I was w I came into the Ed Martin Toyota dealership this afternoon with a specific vehicle in mind. The dealership did not have the exact vehicle that I was wanting. However, Michael Gunderson, Dustin Cronkhite, and Cory Johnson worked very hard and, by the end of meeting with them, had the specific color and model I wanted heading that way and in my price range. I had my car washed, fully fueled, and waiting for me within less than a couple hours. They even provided me with a free loaner vehicle while I waited. Michael went through all of the features of my car with me and explained everything thoroughly. Everyone at the dealership was extremely professional, courteous, efficient, and went out of their way to make sure all of my needs were met. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great quality car and great customer service! More
