We are expecting our first child and wanted a car that was dependable and equipped with as many safety features as possible, but for as low a monthly payment as we could get. Brenda helped us find the car that was the best fit for our family and then carefully walked us through every aspect the vehicle, from the headlights to the hatchback. When the came time to sign, Dustin sat down with us and kindly walked us through the leasing process (we'd expected to buy), helping us see that the lower monthly payments and option to trade-in in a few years would only work to our benefit -- especially when our future has so many open-ended questions with regards to our growing family. I've had many bad car-buying experiences. I've driven away from dealerships with cars I didn't absolutely love and feeling like maybe I got the rough end of the deal. But this was the first time I truly felt listened to, assisted and cared for, like these folks really had my back and wanted what was best for me. I'm very thankful that this typically taxing experience turned out to be easy and stress free. More

2004 silverado I recently purchased only my 2nd ever vehicle from a car lot. I found the used truck I bought on numerous sites with plenty of information and pictures before I went to look in person. I was only on the lot for just a few minutes looking at the recent trade before I was approached by Casey a very helpful and knowledgeable sales person. He gave most all of the information I would need before I ever had to ask, I was able to take a test drive with just a photo copy of my drivers license and proof of insurance. The truck had a full tank of gas so I could’ve driven for quite a while the last truck I purchased was on empty as a matter of fact I was handed $5 to put fuel in at a local gas station. We started paperwork when I got back but couldn’t finish the approval process until the next day. Marc Brown was able to shop around and get me a below prime interest rate on a 15 year old truck. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. State of the art everything at this new showroom. Comfortable waiting areas for everyone even the kiddos. Refreshments available to even the tire kickers( coffee, hot chocolate, chips, juice, water, soft drinks you name it) and I was continually offered all of the amenities during the waiting period. My time only totaled possibly 2-3 hours from start to finish. The truck was freshly detailed and full of fuel when I picked it up. Great job to everyone involved. Many thanks More
