Test drove the vehicle and realized I wasn't feeling that car. Sat down and had a conversation about what type of vehicle I was looking for and my price range.......A light bulb went off in her head and she told me about a car they had recently received through a trade in. She brought me the keys to that car and I drove it around and instantly fell in love with it. So Mrs. Brenda went to work. She took my information and shared it with Mr. Mark. Mr. Mark was able to work some miracles. At no time did I feel pressured or taken advantage of during my time there. After Mr. Mark worked his Miracles, I spoke with Mr. Cory J. He also worked some things out for me and I was able to purchase the car I fell in Love with! I truly enjoyed my experience working with the people at Ed Martin Toyota. They were Nice, Friendly and very Customer Service oriented. To add to this, I just found out today that one of my Supervisors also purchased a car through this dealership. I think Neal knew we would choose the Toyota in the end but never eluded to that in the process. We came in a week ago wanting to drive a Camry but leaning towards a Nissan. We have owned an Altima for a few years now. Once we drove them both in the same day, the new Altima did not stand up to the Camry in some important categories. Then it was just a matter of matching up options, color, and payment. That's when Neal stepped in and played his role like a true professional. This beautiful dealership was full of helpful and knowledgeable people! In fact, it is these type of experiences that build long-term professional relationships and brand loyalty.
