The service team got an evaluation on the trade in value of our van and allowed us to keep the loaner for an extra day to think about what we wanted to do. Mohamed in sales was unbelievably patient and kind in working with us. He spent the entire day with us (including our 4 year old) trying to determine which type of vehicle might accommodate our family of 8. We ended up with a new Sienna and after many hours later, the buying process was so smooth. The staff even shared some of their homemade treats with us! Mohamed even took extra time at the end to show us how to use all of the new electronic features in our van. Thank you to everyone at Ed Martin!! You made this such a pleasant experience! More

I went into the dealership not really knowin I am rating Ed Martin Toyota as Excellent based on my recent visit and purchase of a 2017 Toyota Tundra. I went into the dealership not really knowing what vehicle I was looking for. There were some Jeep Wranglers and Toyota Tacoma trucks I thought would be good. Neal spent the better part of a day patiently showing my wife and I all of the vehicles. Once we decided on a Tundra we were shown four in our price range and we tested them all. The whole time Neal was gracious and courteous. Marc Brown listened to our concerns and needs and helped tremendously. Cory was professional and prompt. Really a great experience, great service, and great facility. More
