It was like the blind leading the blind… but with a lot more horsepower and zero emissions. Sales manager Sam Martin kept things running smoothly, and Xavier in finance made sure we didn’t have to sell a kidney to afford our new EV. Low pressure, high professionalism, and no awkward sales gimmicks—just great service from start to finish. This is our second purchase from Ed Martin Toyota, and we love their service center so much that we willingly drive from the south side of town to Noblesville for all our car needs. I will admint that my car buying experience is somewhat limited, but before purchasing I explored multiple Toyota dealers, and working with Josh Tulledge and Ed Martin was superior by far. All of the folks I worked with were engaging, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful, as opposed to other dealerships I felt barely worked for the business. The only constructive criticism I have was that on the day of purchase, I felt things could have been structured differently to be more efficient. Specifically, I would have liked to review financing options ahead of time, or that could have been performed concurrently with a lot of the rest of the steps so I wasn't there for so long. I also would have liked to review all of the products / pitches they gave me ahead of time, although I understand that is somewhat of a tactic. All in all I was very pleased with the purchase process (service throughout and advice given). I'm looking forward to continuing the relationship through maintenance. More
