The best dealership I’ve ever visited in Indy. It’s much much better in features and atmosphere. They set up a quiet lounge for napping, thoughtful! The coffee zone is actually the best. They have all snacks I need, more types, soda, drink, just take whatever you like. At lobby, they have classic antiques exhibited. What a cool place! Finance officer was super nice! All transaction and signing went smooth. Associate M.Ball, I have to say, not very pleasant to work with, ignorance and unprofessional. As a salesperson he should have demo the functions and features of vehicle, even though it was a Toyota. He should have used proper language for clients, unlike racial stereotype, language proficiency, education level, or career. I understand he was trying to wam up, but irregulated language is rude! Dealership is overall recommended anyway. More
