He was very informative and helpful, sharing about additional features and accessories, yet I never felt pressured to purchase anything I didn’t want to. This experience was much better and much different than other dealerships I went to. Xavier also helped with financing and he was wonderful to work with as well! I had a great experience with Thankful at Ed Martin Toyota. She wasn't pushy and was very patient waiting for me to make decisions. Something they printed on copy paper. :P I went to Ed Martin Toyota not only because they had the car I was looking at but also their great ratings. I don't remember the names of the others I worked with but it was a relaxing atmosphere and everyone was kind and didn't act to busy to smile in passing or say 'Hi'.
