From the moment we stepped inside the showroom to receiving my new vehicle, everything was flawless. This was particularly due to our salesman, Henry Aguilar. He listened to what our needs were, and was as personable and friendly as they come. He introduced us to the sales manager, and he too was excellent. Henry made sure we knew our way around the dealership and has followed up with me ever since. Our overall experience was beyond superb, and we love our new Rogue! We’ll definitely be returning for all of our other car buying needs!! More

I called to get some pricing and explanation on what they would do Horrible service from lyndra in the service department at the Fishers in indiana . I called to get some pricing and explanation on what they would do with what I needed with my car. She was incredibly rude and treated me horribly. I called back to complain to Joe the manager who is the service manager. He would basically not even accept my complaint and explained that this lady I complained about won all these Awards and that he was shocked that I would even call and complain about her. I'm not sure if he has a relationship with her or something but it was very very bizarre. And then he started to grill me and who I was. It was the most strange thing I encountered. I will never get any of my service work done at this location it was just unbelievably traumatising between Lyndra and Joe the service manager. More

Make sure you get it in WRITING! Their word's not worth spit I bought a nice used Infinity. The service engine light came on during the test drive, I thought it might have been due to the low fuel light came on I bought a nice used Infinity. The service engine light came on during the test drive, I thought it might have been due to the low fuel light came on in the vehicle during the test drive. I told my sales guy Dan about it and advised him it was an area of concern. He said they would check that out. I specifically ask them to check it. There were a couple minor defects with the car, but not bad for a used vehicle. So they wrote down what I wanted and I assumed the check engine light would have been addressed but because they did not write it down when I went to get the other issues taken care of the service department advised me my newly purchased car would would cost me $175.00 to run a diagnostic to complete. Then after an hour or so they said my vehicle was ready. They only had two things, one was to fix the drivers side window trim. So when I went out to the drive away the window trim was NOT fixed. At that point I had already been there 2 hours. So rather than get angry and lose my composure I drove away. I called them the next day and was told that meant to have me drive the vehicle around to the other bay. Why am I driving from bay to bay? You have the keys and I am the CUSTOMER! That's called customer service, or in this case lack there of. More

Started getting the usual phone calls within 30 mins with the usual sales pitches. My questions were never answered or addressed. I send two other emails to Chris Cunningham, who initially contacted me via email, with the same questions. None were answered, nor did he respond to my emails, after his initial email to me. I was basically ignored. I NEVER do any business with this company. Just the usual stereotypical used car dealership and salesman. I'd give them less than 1 star if I could... More

I liked him immediately as he wasn't "salespersony" (for lack of a better term). Chad listened to what I was trying to accomplish in my visit. He could tell I didn't have a lot of time or knowledge of cars and he didn't play games or try to steer me away from the vehicle I was interested in, unlike the other dealerships I had visited. I feel he did a great job for me and I feel I got a good deal (as did my husband and others who I have spoken with). I purchased that day! I love my Nissan Rogue and will be sending others his way without hesitation. More
