I had alerts for when prices went down on several cars I was watching, this one went down significantly so I reached out, let them know I was out of state and interested. Evan contacted me back and sent a video walk-around of the car, opened all of the compartments, showed me all of the blemishes etc. I was really pleased with it and wanted to move forward, Justo in their finance department was also incredibly easy to work with. We took care of most of the paperwork online. I flew out and picked up the car a few days later. When I got there, the car would not start, they graciously replaced the battery for me, put a full tank of fuel in and made sure my tire pressure was good. Justo even gave me his personal cell phone to let him know that I made it home okay. It was a great experience and I would buy from them again. More

Salesman was very nice- followed up appropriately but not overbearing. At purchase, I came in with offer and they didn't counter, just asked me to come up with $. I did, he went to ask manager. Came back an overbearing. At purchase, I came in with offer and they didn't counter, just asked me to come up with $. I did, he went to ask manager. Came back and asked me for $300 more. I said no, They had apparently agreed to my offer because salesman had a printout ready with that amount in it, but he was told to try to get $300 more out of me (for a car that was going to auction in a week). After driving a few days I had to brake hard and the oil light came on. Checked oil, and dipstick was completely dry. We added 5 quarts of oil. The sticker on window (and carfax)stated they'd just changed oil. We'd had no leaks on drive, nothing dripping below, no smoke. Also, some of fluids were also low and filter dirty so I guessed they never really changed oil. I let them know what I found. The GM told me they don't top off fluids when getting a car ready for sale, just leave the minimum. I took a video of the dry dipstick before we added 5 quarts. He said if oil was low the light would have come on there. But I think there was just enough it it that when I had to brake it shifted and caused the alert. With no leaks on driveway there is no other explanantion for why it took 5 quarts. No smoke comes out, so I couldn't have burned 5 quarts in a couple of weeks. Thank god I caught it before my engine was destroyed, The fact they didn't take responsbibilty speaks to integrity. More
