I have leased 5 vehicles from this dealership. It is not close to my house but worth the drive to deal with Ken. Only complaint is the time it takes to get things done and get out of there. Russ Eller was a friendly, professional, knowledgeable and respectful salesman. He was the reason I bought my car. And I love it. There were three other representatives that gave me a somewhat bad, un and respectful salesman. He was the reason I bought my car. And I love it. Internet sales rep walked me out to car and after a few questions, he got impatient, left me with keys and said he had to finalize another deal. Seriously? When I decided to buy, as a result of Russ’ good salesmanship, I had to meet with your Financial guys, one had no specific information about an extended warranty for an electric car (which I bought but overnight worried about), and when I tried to give some polite feedback about this to second financial guy, he got defensive. He said that only 1% of Ed Martin’s sales are electric, that he was a low level employee and couldn’t do anything about it and didn’t I understand that this was “ “comprehensive. Really? These three ensured I won’t come back to Ed Martin Nissan on Shadeland. But if Russ goes to another dealer I would probably go there. More

I was very pleased with Caleb and Mike. However, the vehicle, when I got it home, had a metal strip that goes above the front windshield missing. This likely would cause a leak if it rains. Now the piece was in the vehicle wrapped as if new but had not been placed on the vehicle. They have assured me it will be fixed and I have an appointment in two days from now. But it was terrible miss by the service and detail departments especially since I was told there was an extra piece in vehicle that they weren’t sure where it was to go. But, the cooperation during the process has been very good but attention to detail is very important and this was a major miss in my opinion clearly there is water streaks on the front passenger dash that I doubt will come out. Those streaks were not present when we agreed to the purchase. I hope the issue is resolved. Lacking appropriate resolution would of course change my rating of the dealership. More
