I had an excellent experience getting a car. I was at the Ed Martin store in Fishers. Scott, Sarah and Logan gave me exceptional service even though I was at the store almost five hours. They were courteous, and went out of their way to make a long day tolerable. Scott was helpful with financing, Sarah with updating me on the progress of my car, and Logan helped with the new car, even driving me to a restaurant so I could get lunch. I would recommend these three people for their exceptional customer service. More
