My car was totaled and I was dreading the process of finding and buying a new car. Dealerships can be intimidating and overwhelming. However, Ken was personable and approachable, which I appreciated very much. Those are exactly the traits I’m looking for when working with a salesperson. The environment he worked to create was inviting and welcoming, which is why I kept coming back to test drive cars and finally settling on one. The staff at Ed Martin Nissan was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They worked hard to answer all my questions and address my concerns. I highly recommend working with Ken for his excellent service. I drove out of there with a 2021 Nissan Rogue SV and I’m very happy with my purchase. More
