I had a wonderful experience with Ed Martin Honda. Jeff Drake was a huge help, the finance manager Shelly was great to work with, and Orlando our salesman was incredibly helpful. Most bad customer service when I bought 15 k used Honda oddessy. They hide lot. Next day found transmission issue. They force me to pay for service. Very Very unprofessional dealer. Other Honda dealer cha oddessy. They hide lot. Next day found transmission issue. They force me to pay for service. Very Very unprofessional dealer.
