He was accommodating and transparent with us, which we appreciated. He, as well as Dawn who works in their finance department, stayed way past closing to help us finance and get our car ready to take home that night. I found the car online and finally decided to go for the test drive. John didn't pressure me, but had an offer for my trade in ready when I returned. I wanted time to consider whether I wanted to purchase this car or another I had test driven. A few days later, John emailed me and we negotiated the deal quickly. When I went to pick up the car, it only took an hour and I was out the door. I have to say an hour and a half is MUCH better than what I expected it to take.
