Bought a set of tires for my truck from the dealership. They were never balanced properly. Took it back for a balance and rotate. The tires were worse than before. Called back and was told by a Service Advisor they would work me in on Saturday morning. I arrived Saturday morning and was told they couldn’t get me in and how far out they were booking and how they don’t have this person or that person. I have been a good customer and have been VERY reasonable and pleasant when facing my 3rd time to get a set of tires simply balanced correctly. One person may not make a difference to your business but I am done. More

Wanted to leave my thanks to the Service team for truly Customer First Service. I was 2 hours from home with an overheating transmission. I asked to have the fill level checked and within about 15 minute Customer First Service. I was 2 hours from home with an overheating transmission. I asked to have the fill level checked and within about 15 minutes they checked it and found it to be overfilled. Fixed the fluid level and got me on my way. Not charging for the fix was even further above and beyond. Thanks again! Jon S. More
I was in today for some service work and to have some recalls done on my 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Eco Diesel. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. They ordered the parts recalls done on my 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Eco Diesel. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. They ordered the parts I needed and fixed everything they had parts for as I waited. The service department guys were super nice as well as super helpful. While I waited I test drove a new truck and spoke with Jordan. He went out of his way to get me all the info I was looking for. There was never any pressure to buy. I may not be ready to buy now but when I am I will 100% buy from Ed Martin in Anderson. Thanks for the experience fellas. More
Service Department is TERRIBLE!!!!! Long story short but this week I took my Grand Cherokee in for the THIRD time for the same issue. The last time is cost me $1,000 and they didn't fix the problem. They this week I took my Grand Cherokee in for the THIRD time for the same issue. The last time is cost me $1,000 and they didn't fix the problem. They are merely guessing. I can get on Google and read all sorts of forums that would help explain the issue but instead I thought I was taking it to "Certified" mechanics. I expect this from a Jiffy Lube but not a dealership where I am paying upwards of $100/hr for labor. Just pitiful. And to beat that, I had to call the Service Advisor three times to inquire...he NEVER reached out to me. Are you kidding? Service Manager is just as bad. He stated he didn't think they fixed the issue and wanted to keep it. What have they been doing the three days they had it?!?! Mechanics don't drive vehicle after they "fix" them, they can't diagnose, etc. AND, after getting it back from an oil change the dipstick was broken off.....they say they didn't do it. Engine cover not properly put back on. The problems were endless. We will take to a dealer than can actually work and fix cars. What an absolute miserable experience. If your car needs work this is NOT the place. More
