Errol is a misogynist and I would recommend female vehicle owners specify he not be permitted to work on their service account. I did enjoy having the opportunity to tell Errol to his face that I did not appreciate his misogyny and that I will specifically request Austin or Rob moving forward -IF I decide to remain at Ed Martin Jeep Anderson. Ben made it very easy to buy the vehicle. Very friendly. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Long story short....bought the vehicle on Saturday. On Tuesday we had a flat. Wa Very friendly. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Long story short....bought the vehicle on Saturday. On Tuesday we had a flat. Wasn't able to get to the tire dealership until Thursday. Tire dealer calls, needs the key to remove wheel lock. Obviously we had no idea since we only drove the vehicle 2 and a half days. It sat in our driveway Tuesday and Wednesday, not drove those days. After talking to tire dealer, I called your service department. I was told to bring it over and they could remove the lock. After our 90 minute drive we arrived at your dealership. No waiting, that us pull the Jeep in as soon as we got there. Unfortunately your master key was broken but 1 of your techs had a master key. He saved the day ! All 4 wheel locks were removed and replaced with standard lugnuts. Problem solved. Big Atta Boy to the tech with the master key. Everyone, from the receptionist I spoke to a couple of different times that morning, to the Service manager I spoke to several times that day, to the tech that repaired the tire ....All were excellent and done a fabulous job. Fortunately we purchased the "insurance/warranty" that covered repairing the tire and I'm guessing the standard lugnuts because our bill came to $72 or $79 and we paid nothing. Hopefully now we can enjoy our recently purchased vehicle without any further incidents. Oh.....and your service Manager has called/texted making sure we were pleased with the service. I should mention that I had noticed some scuffing on the wheel of the repaired tire. The service Manager asked me to check and make sure it was residue left from repairing the wheel. I wasn't really concerned. Yes I was disappointed that it was scuffed buy I wasn't going to press the issue because we were happy to have the wheel locks removed and tire repaired. Service Manager told me to let him know if it was scuffed or residue after I cleaned the wheel. Fortunately it was just residue. Tech done a great job dismounting wheel and remounting it without damaging the wheel. Big Thank You to All at Ed Martin dealership. More

I have had a couple of issues with the dealership and will not be going back! I purchased 2 cars from them and thought I had found a place that would take care of my vehicles. The body shop did not do their job in 2018 and I tried to get them to follow through and now my warranty has expired. My truck had an issue and they wrote it up incorrectly and it caused my wife to have to leave work and drive 1 1/2 hours to pick me up because they said they did not have a vehicle that I could take home due to having to leave my vehicle over night with them.
