I will never buy another car from Ed Martin again. I left many messages with their Chevy sales department when I was looking to buy my new Equinox. I assume they didn’t have what I was looking for, but left many messages with their Chevy sales department when I was looking to buy my new Equinox. I assume they didn’t have what I was looking for, but a return call would have been nice. When I needed to cancel my insurance/maintenance for my Pacifica they would not return my repeated calls. Up until then I was happy with Ed Martin as many of my friends and partner purchased cars their per my recommendations. Lack of return calls only suggest to me that if there was a real problem with your purchase, you would be on your own. Very disappointed. More

Wanted to leave my thanks to the Service team for truly Customer First Service. I was 2 hours from home with an overheating transmission. I asked to have the fill level checked and within about 15 minute Customer First Service. I was 2 hours from home with an overheating transmission. I asked to have the fill level checked and within about 15 minutes they checked it and found it to be overfilled. Fixed the fluid level and got me on my way.
