I was in today for some service work and to have some recalls done on my 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Eco Diesel. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. They ordered the parts recalls done on my 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Eco Diesel. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. They ordered the parts I needed and fixed everything they had parts for as I waited. The service department guys were super nice as well as super helpful. While I waited I test drove a new truck and spoke with Jordan. He went out of his way to get me all the info I was looking for. There was never any pressure to buy. I may not be ready to buy now but when I am I will 100% buy from Ed Martin in Anderson. Thanks for the experience fellas. More

We purchased a new Jeep Cherokee. I reached back out to Mike to inform him of some scratches on our new purchase and he again was to get back to me after checking with the service department. Again, no call from Mike at all. We have purchased 6 Jeeps over the years, but will not be going back to this dealership. More

James was perfect. He was professional without being sterile, and he was attentive without being overbearing. Any question he didn't have an answer to, he immediately went to find out who did have the a sterile, and he was attentive without being overbearing. And he went above the call of duty, as our RAV didn't have mats, so he went and procured mats from another un-sold RAV with the same style.
