We arrived about 5:15. Your dealership closes at 6:00. We bought a new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. At around 5:45 my better half decided she wanted the grey one instead of the white one. Salesman was rude, kept trying to convince her to go with the white one, simply because he didn't want to wash the grey one by himself, since some employee's had already left. Which I understand, but we're not talking about a $100 couch here it was a $50,000 vehicle. I understand you had to work over about an hour, but that's part of the job sometimes. Then on top of that I kept asking if they had applied our green discount and they never would give me a straight answer. I spent over an hour on the phone with my family member to get the control number for this discount. They said they made an error on the price and the discount wouldn't make much a difference. I said I don't care what kind of mistake was made you should still apply our discount. Final paperwork time. We get to the signing office to review the paper work and no green slip was applied. We were lied to and then told it was too late to change the paperwork. Worst experience in 40yrs I've ever had at a dealership. You owe us the money for the green slip discount. More
Bought a set of tires for my truck from the dealership. They were never balanced properly. Took it back for a balance and rotate. The tires were worse than before. Called back and was told by a Service Advisor they would work me in on Saturday morning. I arrived Saturday morning and was told they couldn’t get me in and how far out they were booking and how they don’t have this person or that person. I have been a good customer and have been VERY reasonable and pleasant when facing my 3rd time to get a set of tires simply balanced correctly. One person may not make a difference to your business but I am done. More

I wanted to get my husband a car for Father’s Day. I had been looking for weeks for a Hyundai Sonata SEL in Hampton Grey. Every time I thought I found one with a good deal I would call the dealership I had been looking for weeks for a Hyundai Sonata SEL in Hampton Grey. Every time I thought I found one with a good deal I would call the dealership to set an appt and then the car would literally be sold before I could get there. I finally expanded my search and found they Perfect car and honestly it was the best price. I called to inquire about the car and spoke to Mason. Mason said yeah we still have the car, I couldn’t believe it, however it was 2:30 pm. and they were 2 and half hours from me. I asked how late they are open and he said 6 pm. I immediately left, Mason gave me his cell phone number and kept in touch, he told me that the cars keys are not leaving his hands. I reached the dealership by 5:40, Mason was waiting for me, had the car pulled up and everything ready for me. They gave me a fair trade, got my paper work done and I was back on the roads by 6:15. It was literally the best and most exciting car buying experience I have EVER had. Even though this dealership is in another state and more than 2 hours away I will be coming back for future purchases. Thank you so much Mason and Ed Martin. Ed Martin Chrysler in Anderson has gone way down on customer service! We had our vehicle preorder, and still sat for more than 3 hours just to get paperwork and our vehicle. With kids, this is a joke. customer service! We had our vehicle preorder, and still sat for more than 3 hours just to get paperwork and our vehicle. With kids, this is a joke. We received no updates on process and why so long, unless we asked. Honestly, it comes down to just being good at customer service and telling us where we are in line and about how long. I would not recommend Jackson as a salesman or Ed Martin to anyone. More

Well, I got my tires put on in January and they bent my rocker arms on both sides where the lift goes and so much that it hits the bottom of door! I call, he sets up time to take pics of damage, and DOES N rocker arms on both sides where the lift goes and so much that it hits the bottom of door! I call, he sets up time to take pics of damage, and DOES NOT EVEN COME OUT TO MEET ME NOR TALK TO ME! Then he finally calls me back to tell me THEY DID NOT DO THE DAMAGE TO MY CAR AND ARGUES WITH ME AND SAID HE’LL STAND BEHIND DODGE OATH, AND STILL SAYING DODGE DID NOT DO THIS STILL ARGUING! A guy I work with was in car when he said all this to me! Well that’s funny as it wasn’t like that before you did the tires in January as I have pics to prove that as well! This Kevin Frazier that’s the manager is the worst person to talk to and deal with in service!! I understand as a manager you are busy as I’ve been one, but you DO NOT ARGUE AND TELL THE CUSTOMER THEY DID NOT DO THE DAMAGE! HE IS A TERRIBLE MANAGER!! I WILL SAY THAT EVERY TIME I GO IN THERE, ROB IS YOUR BEST SERVICE ADVISOR YOU’VE GOT, VERY POLITE and great with customers! Also Garcia ( last name) was very nice too today as he’s the one that helped me (as MANAGER still never came out to tell me I’m sorry for the inconvenience) and gave me the rental! I work at a prison and the inmates talk better to me than the manager! Very sad! More
