Sold me a lemon Bought a used 2010 GMC Acadia from this dealer last Monday. Noticed that when I hit a bump that the backend fishtails. So Saturday I texted the salesman about the issue who refers me to call the service department. They made me an appointment for tonight which is Monday evening (a week since the car left their lot). I was told that to start that my rear struts are leaky and need replaced for $468! They refused to cover the costs of this repair due to me not buying the extended warranty and because this isnt a “safety issue”! My vehicle fishtailing isn’t a “safety issue”?!? They sold me this vehicle with leaky struts and refused to fix the issue! I could understand if it was three months down the road, I wouldn’t expect them to cover the repairs but one week?!? They don’t care about the quality of vehicle they sell as long as they sell them. Horrible dealership and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! I will be sharing this with everyone I know and will continue to write reviews of this dealership elsewhere in the hopes that I can save someone else from buying a lemon vehicle from this dealership! More

Very disappointed Would not honor the warranty and fix my vehicle. Truck makes obvious engine noise and they acted like it was normal.
