After spending $63,000 for a new 2024 Buick and the service writer tells me I can’t have a loaner vehicle and have to use the shuttle is not acceptable in my eyes…I didn’t ask for the moon just wheels in case of an emergency situation that could arise at my age… I personally want to thank Cathy Cameron who eventually put me in a loaner by the end of the day.

Dealer did respond to comments and service was completed quickly. UPDATE: when our GM loan paperwork was received, payments were scheduled to begin in May and not July as Dealer’s signed contract stated. Three contacts with Finance Manager, Casey Price, to resolve the issue resulted in no feedback. GM was no better, with two contacts and no response. We started our payments in May. What ever happened to doing what you say you are going to do? Not a good start with this dealership!
