I live in Ohio and purchased a used car from this dealership. Negotiated price and trade over the phone. Picked up the car and left thinking everything was fine. Week and a half later I get a call dealership. Negotiated price and trade over the phone. Picked up the car and left thinking everything was fine. Week and a half later I get a call saying I owe 1700 dollars sales tax that they forgot to figure in as I'm from another state. Refused any compensation and would not let me have my old car back. The sales person was also not upfront about condition of the car. Worst experience I've ever had with a car dealer. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not recommend. More
