I was pleased with Martin's trade in value on my 15 year old Buick. I was looking for a smaller vehicle into which I more easily can lift my sister's wheel chair. I wanted extra leg room in the back seat and easy access for all passengers. And I wanted a "sturdy" call. After test driving several models, I found these priorities were met in the Terrain. I also like how Martin's service department's took care of my Buick, plus Ed Martin is close to where I live. More

Ed Martin Buick GMC is big enough to have competitive pricing but small enough to have a "family" feel. All staff I dealt with made me feel important and that no question asked was trivial. When I arrived Amy at the service desk greeted me by name; she had the paperwork ready for my visit. Amy took me out to check my car over to be sure everything was in good shape. I had a question about tire rotation which Amy answered. The waiting room is clean and you have a large choice of free coffee and snacks, including fresh fruits. My vehicle was ready when promised and the lady at the checkout desk was very friendly and answered a couple of questions I had about the paperwork. I am glad you have free WiFi also.
