Used car Purchase We were in the market for a new used vehicle. After deciding on GM's SUV'S with a 3rs row we started our search online at various websites (i.e. cars. We found that Ed Martin had the best bang for the buck when it came to purchasing a used vehicle. We drove off of the lot the same day in our new vehicle. My only complaint would be that we just found out that there is a service bullitin that was not taken care of before we took possession. More

Got a great deal BUT Got a great deal on a 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid but I told the sales associate Keith Baker and the Sales Manger Kenny several times that I want to tran Got a great deal on a 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid but I told the sales associate Keith Baker and the Sales Manger Kenny several times that I want to transfer my licenses plates over from my old car to my new car. And guess what happens. I get a new licenses plate in the mail with a bill of $150 that I did not want to spend. That was just the tip of the iceberg. I also got double taxed on the vehicle which they sent a check over for the difference but that money was suppose to go to my down payment. Now I'm making a higher monthly payment that I didn't want either. The only good thing that I can say is that I got a nice car. More

He let us see the truck we asked, but told us it was actually $8000 more than the list price. So we asked to see another similar truck. He began walking us towards the used lot. We had no desire to look at used trucks. He then took us to the very back of the new trucks after making a call to ask what seemed to be what was the cheapest truck they had. We are young and felt as if Rob thought we were nothing but a waste of time. He didn't take our inquiries serious at all. When we got back from the test drive of the truck we had no interest in, he had already decided to work with another couple. We had to wait for him to come back and let us know about our trade in value. We said we had been offered 3000 more at two other dealerships and he laughed in our face. We took our keys and got up to leave. He yelled after us that maybe we should consider used vehicles. We were made to feel like we did not belong and as if we were nothing but trash and a waste of time to this man. We have since bought a brand new $60,000 Ford. More
