My best experience in purchasing a new car -by far! This is the first time I left a dealership feeling GREAT about the entire experience! I was in the final stages of buying a pre-owned Tahoe (2015 wit This is the first time I left a dealership feeling GREAT about the entire experience! I was in the final stages of buying a pre-owned Tahoe (2015 with 46,500 miles) from another dealership. As I thought more about their trade allowance and vehicle price it solidified the need to look elsewhere. Fortunately my wife and I visited Ed Martin on Sunday. It quickly became obvious that we needed to follow up Monday morning with a sales consultant. Derrick Jones, sales consultant, was extremely professional as he asked the right questions and listened to what was most important to us. He never inquired about the other dealership's trade allowance or their offer on the Tahoe. In the end, we received $3,000 more on our trade allowance, got a 2016 Yukon SLT with 5 miles on it and an entertainment package. The DVD needed to be installed for an additional $1,299 in the Tahoe. We came out way ahead with a brand new truck and a slightly higher monthly payment. The pre-owned truck had a couple dings, some stains on the interior and over 46,000 miles. Lastly, Derrick spent time showing us all the features inside the truck as well as completing the welcome call to OnStar and shared that we receive free car washes as long as we own the truck.
