KBB.com Offer Processed Perfectly We had a vehicle that we were not using, that was simply sitting in our garage. While it still had a balance on the original loan, we thought we woul We had a vehicle that we were not using, that was simply sitting in our garage. While it still had a balance on the original loan, we thought we would try TruCar and KBB.com to receive an offer to buy this vehicle. Interestingly, both offers pointed back to Ed Martin Buick GMC, which was near our home. We started off working with Erika Jackson (who was great), but ended up working with Jon Steele, who proceeded to give offers on behalf of both services. In the end, we selected the offer from KBB.com. The balance of our loan was paid in full within 3 business days and we received a check for the difference. I could not image this process being any better, as Jon took the time to make our experience the best it could be.
