Worked a deal thru email to eliminate haggling at the dealer and focus on the vehicle only. Having been burnt at other dealers (looking at you Dellen GMC) I was skeptical about specifics and hidden cost. New Car Sales Manager Jerod assured me that it was as written in email and we drove to Indy (from Lafayette). Kurt was perfect, patiently bringing different Canyon Denali's to my wife and I to drive. After settling on a certain color we finalized the Lease. No hassle, no concerns, simply a straightforward, honest purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend Ed Martin GMC in Carmel Indiana as your go-to place for GMC vehicles. If you don't have a salesperson you already use, give Kurt Darling a call, he will treat you right. Honesty and ZERO sales pressure are his strong points. 5 stars Kurt, 5 stars for Jerod. I will certainly consider Ed Martin GMC for my future GMC purchases. More

I’ve never experienced such great customer service in my life. What a TEAM of professionals,I wasn’t sure when I went in that I could find exactly what I wanted because I didn’t know exactly what I could af life.
