I had found the truck we wanted in Ohio, He explained everything carefully, educated me on the features of the new Sierra and made sure that truck really met our needs. He then promptly made arrangements to bring it to Indy for us. All went smoothly. Jeff Haase in finance was thorough and specific with advice and information on warranties and options to add on. This was the first new vehicle we have bought for a while. The entire experience was smooth, being informed and treated fairly and kindly during the entire process.
