Great Experience - We purchased our 3rd Buick from this dealer yesterday. After deciding it was time for a new car, we knew exactly what we wanted before we went into the dealer, after looking at the opti dealer yesterday. After deciding it was time for a new car, we knew exactly what we wanted before we went into the dealer, after looking at the options on the Buick website. Thanks to this dealer's on-line inventory, we picked a car and headed into the dealer. Our salesman took us for a test drive and then immediately got the paperwork started. We got a valuation of our trade-in, finished all the paperwork and then spent 20 minutes going over the new items in the car with our salesman. The entire process took about 2.5 hours. Everyone at the dealers was great, including the salesman and the finance guy. We've been buying from this dealer for about 8 years now, and we know the service department will do a great job with this new vehicle. More
