I limped into Ed Martin Acura where they quickly assessed the situation. The tire was blown and wheel bent so repair would take time. Even though my visit was unexpected they quickly told me they could take care of getting the wheel re-straightened, get a new tire + check alignment and have me repaired within 24 hours. They also immdeiately provide me a loaner car so I could get on with my business day without further inconvenience. I found a local Acura dealer and the service dept Driving from Chicago to Indy Saturday our Car started to run rough about 30 minutes outside of Indy. I found a local Acura dealer and the service dept was open. We pulled in at lunch time and were met by Joe Shanholt, Asst Service Manager. Joe arranged for a loaner and we were off to visit our daughter. Joe and his team were able to repair our car before they closed for the weekend. We were able to drive back to Chicago and not have to stay over till Monday. Thanks again Joe for taking care of us and our car!!! More
