Horrible place to go to and deal with. We had been communicating with Leslie about negotiating prices. We drove 4+ hours to them just for Joseph to say they don't negotiate at all. We mention the talk with Leslie in the room and he responds as if that's the first time he had heard of us wanting to negotiate. Another thing, we made it very clear to talk first before doing ANYTHING!!!!!!!!! When we get there and pull out the paperwork they had brought out check already written off WITHOUT DISCUSSION! We had asked for nothing to be done to the car as we didn't want all those extra fees when we have a shop of our own. They "put new tires" on. We tried to settle on the amount but asked for a warranty since he will be paying extra and they refused. What they said was that "we can't negotiate prices because we need to keep our lights on". Keep in mind they have 2 other dealerships next to them. We end up giving it the okay after and hour of this and in the end they couldn't put the business name on the title as that was made clear why we were there. The form had a spot for name and business. He did not know if he could do that so Joseph legit called his dad in front of us asking for advice, if he can put the business name on there. Still said no. Now we didn't get the car and we owe money on that loan because of them and in no way did they want to fix their mistakes! HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND TERRIBLE BUSINESS. More

I got my car 5 months ago but since then having to take it back 5 times but still having issues, is making me very disappointed. The only positive side is Mitch is service has been very patient and really it back 5 times but still having issues, is making me very disappointed. The only positive side is Mitch is service has been very patient and really does try but the issues with this SUV are still there and I don’t know how to get things done properly. I really am at the finally straw with this car and losing faith in the technicians working on the vehicle. It wasn’t 10 mins after driving away after getting my car back from being in the service department for 5 days the noise (popping) was still there, driving to work this morning and reversing I could still hear the humming noise and popping while I turn. Thankfully for my extended warranty but unsure of what was fixed if my concerns for the vehicle are still present. More
