Not only was he super nice, but very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a great job describing the car's features, and really sold me. Then, because my husband was recovering from foot surgery and not able to drive, he came and picked us up at our house and took us to the dealership to complete the sale, so we wouldn't have a car in limbo. He also did a great job giving us the pros and cons of the environmental protection products VW offered, so we felt good about making that choice too. Dealer won't stand behind cars they sell Bought a 2012 Audi TT just of out the manufactioners warranty. 3 weeks later the turbo fails and i am estimated 3,000 dollars for the repair. I've talked with the manager about working with me as i had just bought the car and put less than 1000 miles on it and the "best" they could do for me was take a measly 10% off the cost. Ed Caroll Audi is fine with the image of a customer driving off their lot and breaking down and not doing a thing about it. Poor excuse for representing Audi in whole and total disregard for backing the vehicles they sell after bragging about how thorough their inspections are. More
