Then, because my husband was recovering from foot surgery and not able to drive, he came and picked us up at our house and took us to the dealership to complete the sale, so we wouldn't have a car in limbo. He also did a great job giving us the pros and cons of the environmental protection products VW offered, so we felt good about making that choice too.
