On September 9, 2011 my wife and I had a baby girl. So, obviously before she was born we traded in our old car and bought a family car from a Honda dealership in Greeley, CO. My experience with this dealership was the kind of event that would give anyone buying a car nightmares. My wife and I purchased a 2009 Honda CRV, a car we thought would be great for a new family. It wasn't, the suspension was bumpy, the car was loud, and the car had a severe lack of horsepower. (Which was expected, but what wasn't expected is that my Jetta TDI gets almost 200 more miles a tank and has 140 horsepower). After my horrific experience with this Honda dealership I went into the Ed Carroll Motor Co / VW Dealership prepared for war. To my suprise this attitude which you must wear like armor into most dealerships was completely unneccesary. The staff was amazing, every part of the process was great. Not only was the staff knowledgable, professional, and friendly. They got me a great deal on my new car which "I LOVE." I didn't have to fight for a good price, I didn't have to argue with the salesman. I recommend this dealership. More

We had a wonderful experience. Zack was welling to wait for us to make up our minds as to when we wanted to make the purchase, which was 2 months. Jon Vermouth was very pleasant and welling to work with us as my husband is a truck driver and we couldn't sign the papers at the same time. The price was within our reach. We were really surprised at the trade-in price on the car we brought in. It ran good but sure looked bad. It was of great importance that we were taken to the shop and had our first appointment made so we wouldn't forget to have it done at the right time. The maintenance is important. More

They made the entire process of purchasing a car very enjoyable, smooth and effortless. We drove from Boulder to Fort Collins to buy this car and the drive was well worth it ! I called the finance manager Jon Vermouth 3 weeks later to ask questions about title, registration fees etc and he took time to explain everything to me again. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
