I went in looking for a new car with only an idea of what I wanted. I had not purchased a new car since 1997 and was overwhelmed with all of the choices available. On my first visit I went in without my husband and was sure that I would be either pressured or shrugged off because I was a woman shopping alone for a new car. Shannon was helpful and answered all of my questions that day and then was patient enough to answer some of those same questions when my husband and I went back into the dealership a couple of days later to drive the car and make a decision to purchase the Equinox. We feel that we got a good deal on the vehicle that was just right for our needs. Shannon called several times after our purchase was made to see if we had any additional questions about the vehicle and to just check in and make sure that all was well. David was really great, Really! This was my very first new (not Used) vehicle. After intoductions, and finding what I might be interested in and price range and such, he was informative WITHOUT being pus new (not Used) vehicle. He guided me through the vehicles that I thought I might be interested in while giving me the information that I needed and answering my questions, while giving me relevant facts on each vehicle. I was very nervous about the test drive, but he made it quite comfortable. The paperwork process went very smoothly and he "busted buttons" to make it go pretty darn quick. Mark also took care of the Mountains of paperwork quickly, which I also appreciated. Both were Professional while still being personable and friendly. Overall my experience at this dealership was actually enjoyable. I have already told people that this is the place to go if they want GREAT service (and I highly recommend David Davis). My neighbor, Howard Christopher, referred me to David Davis when I expressed an interest in purchasing a new truck. I had two specific models in mind, one of which was a Chevy. To my dismay, no one in GJ had the model I wanted in stock. However, after searching the national Chevy vehicle search site, I was able to locate one in state. Mr, Davis convinced the other dealership to let go of the truck and made arrangements to have it delivered to GJ. Mr Davis was very pleasant and professional. He never pressured me into something I didn't want. He seemed to be truly interested in making me a happy customer......who will now be a happy returning customer. More
