Bought a certified pre owned vehicle and found out it was wrecked. E mails and phone messages were ignored for weeks. I had to go in and demand repairs be done. The heater box was not working, no sound deadening in an aftermarket door, and the bumper was popped out of place. Went to puck up the car and they didn’t even have the courtesy to wipe down the dash or windshield after replacing the heater box. Lied about repairing the bumper, and didn’t install sound deadening. Also they don’t have a certified Nissan mechanic in the shop so their labeling of certified pre owned vehicles is fraud. The manager there is rude and is the spitting image of a greasy lying car salesman. Go to Farmington to buy your Nissan folks. These people are shady liars. Very disgusted with the entire staff, I would be embarrassed to work there. That’s why the entire service department walked out when the new owner took over, those folks weren’t interested in ripping people off like the current staff they have now. More

I purchased a vehicle on 09/12/22, 45 days and 774 miles later the car broke down. I took it back for service and I was told I had to pay for the repairs. When I asked the service manager, Marco, I believ later the car broke down. I took it back for service and I was told I had to pay for the repairs. When I asked the service manager, Marco, I believe that was his name, if the dealership stood behind the cars they sell and asked him if the dealership was going to cover the cost of the repairs. He told me "We don't know the future and don't know the issues with the cars we sell, you should've gotten the extended warranty." He went on to say "I encourage people to get the extended warranty". He told me the best he could do was to put a brand new battery in for me. He said I was lucky he wasn't going to charge me for the battery. Needless to say I went and picked up the car. I started the car and the battery was weak. He lied and didn't put a new battery in. I went to Auto Zone and had them check the error codes. They said it was the ignition coils. I bought 4 new coils and replaced it on the spot and it worked like a charm. The parts costed me $179. I purchased two other cars when they were Economy Nissan and never had any issues. It seems as though the new owners don't care about their customers. They want your money and they forget you. My salesman, Amar was awesome! Everything else sucked! Oh yea and don't forget to get the extended warranty, the service manager recommends it..... More
Stephanie Morris Nissan failed to pay off our trade as agreed. It took them over a month and five separate visits from us to get the trade paid off. After dealing with the Sales manager and Finance manage agreed. It took them over a month and five separate visits from us to get the trade paid off. After dealing with the Sales manager and Finance manager we asked to speak with the owner. I finally spoke to the owner Chad Morris, and he informed me a check was sent the previous night, after attempting to cast blame on the previous ownership for the delay he hung up on me because I told him I would be in the next day if a check was not received. I requested a tracking number for the check that was sent, the package was not sent until the afternoon that the owner and I spoke not the previous night as I was told. We again went to the dealership to speak with the owner and request that he write a new check that we could take to our banks local branch. Upon entering the office, he did not stand nor introduce himself. He then proceeded to yell at us and wag his finger in our faces as if we were the ones in the wrong. Upon further review and discussion with the finance manager, it appears we are not the only ones this has happened to. The lack of customer service and sheer disrespect we received from Chad Morris is astounding. Be wary of doing business with Chad Morris and Stephanie Morris Nissan. (It should be noted the Sales manager Carter was very helpful and respectful) More
