Great Buying Experience I honestly have nothing but good things to say about this place. My sales rep, Waymond, was great through the whole process. I had come to see a car t I honestly have nothing but good things to say about this place. My sales rep, Waymond, was great through the whole process. I had come to see a car that they hadn't had for more than a few days, and it was in the shop having some touch-ups done. So, we shopped, decided I wanted that car, but did have to wait a few days to receive delivery as it was still in the shop, and needed to be cleaned and detailed. When I received it a couple days ago, it was in great shape. A used car is never new again, but man, it seems as close as it can be. They were even upfront and honest about a mistake that had been made when reading the odometer and gave me an extra discount. They also worked to beat my outside financing options, and they beat them by quite a large amount. I have only had the car a couple days, and its hard to review a car after a couple days, but I am extremely happy. I will be purchasing my next car here, having my service done here, and pushing everyone I know to go here. My girlfriend, who partook in the process, has already decided this is the place for her as well. More

Staff-manager & finance staff everyone Is so helpfull. Their first priority is customer satisfaction which i feel over there. They can try to help you in any manner. One the best sales person i find over there ERIC. Never seen guy like that. He really help me lots, he understand me so many things which i dnt know abt loan and all. Even with help of him i feel like i buy car from seat at home bcz when i been there bank was close so next other day he final my deal & all papers and drop my car at home. I had a bad experience at another car lot today and I called Darrell on his day off to see if he had a 2016 Civic on the lot as you know if being 2017 there is not a lot of cars left so he told me that he was going to call and see if there was any left on the lot there was 2 one just sold and ther was only one left so he dropped what he was doing to go and get the car before it got sold to another customer that is going out of his way to take care of me. If anyone is lookong for a car I highly recommend Darell Borden at Honda of Chattanooga, everyone that we had to talk to were very helpful. So I highly recommend Honda of Chattanooga. More
