Be careful what the Economy Honda recommends be fixed/replaced on your vehicle and know that they did NOT research an ongoing issue to identify and re Be careful what the Economy Honda recommends be fixed/replaced on your vehicle and know that they did NOT research an ongoing issue to identify and resolve a problem that has been in existence since the day this vehicle was purchased new and driven off of the lot! A case was opened and a full review was requested of Honda corporate, only for Honda corporate to say they must abide by the decision of Economy Honda. Very disappointed that corporate Honda chose to only listen to Economy Honda and NOT listen to the customer's ongoing situation; very poor customer service with actual facts never fully addressed by Economy Honda nor Corporate Honda. Be careful! More

Great Customer Service I had looked at another dealership. My salesman at Economy knew his stuff! Thanks Greg! Not only did they have a lower price for the exact same car b I had looked at another dealership. My salesman at Economy knew his stuff! Thanks Greg! Not only did they have a lower price for the exact same car but they also gave me about $500 more on the trade in than the other dealer. We didnt get there until 6:15 but.... everyone stayed (which was like 10:15) until the transaction was complete. BTW they close at 8! Nacho made getting the coverages that we both needed and wanted easy! All I can say is this was the easier car buying experience I ever had with great people. THANK YOU ALL! More
