Came in there because I had been contacted about them wanting to look at my current vehicle because of a need for used Hondas. Was greeted and waited on by manager and sales person within less than 5 min wanting to look at my current vehicle because of a need for used Hondas. Sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable about their vehicles, he was diligent in finding the vehicle that we were looking for. Once found he got right on our getting our deal "sealed" with the fair price for our trade and new vehicle. The finance manager worked with us on the payment and actually got our payment almost $50 than originally quoted. This was the most pleasant car buying experience that we have ever had. Excellent!! I gave the rating above because most people were friendly but the Sales Manager Jeremy, was not willing to go down at all on the price to help us out, he just switched around the numbers and went to 72 month but the Sales Manager Jeremy, was not willing to go down at all on the price to help us out, he just switched around the numbers and went to 72 months of financing instead of lowering the price which was built in with with mark up. Clinton has a great sense of humor & took the time to show me new items on the 2012 CRV. I traded a 2009 CRV that I loved & also bought at Economy.
