After a extensive search for the best quality car and what a far price would be, I found Economy Honda Superstore up front pricing to be the best price around. I felt totally comfortable with the prices they were advertising as to be the best I could achieve from other dealers that I would have to haggle with and still might not come out as good. The dealership was very clean and atmosphere was not one of high pressure sales. Our salesman Shane was very helpful and patient while showing us the colors and options they had available on their lot and let us make a decision at our own pace while feeling no pressure at all from him (which is very very appreciated). All the staff we came in contact with was very friendly and professional and made us feel good about doing business with them. The financing was done onsite and was easy and hassle free to get through. Overall it was a good car buying experience that I would do again and recommend others to try out for themselves. More
I requested info via internet on a 2012 crv lx, withen two minutes I recieved a e-mail from faith Brookshire, and within 5 minutes she called me I also informed her I would be trading in a 2008 highlander two minutes I recieved a e-mail from faith Brookshire, and within 5 minutes she called me I also informed her I would be trading in a 2008 highlander she was very helpful answering all my questions I also did a trade in price searh on thier site, bam another e-mail from faith, thanking me forward to seeing my highlander. she called back and set an appointment with sales manager Montr Burney, very helpfull, he then introduced me his sales person Corey Hammonds very polite, well trained on the crv, took all the info on the highlander for the appriaser, I told what I wantsd in the crv, color lx model said he didnt have any lxs but would get one not trying to sell me another model like other deallkserships. we settled on price, he then started searching for a the crv they were selling as fast as he could find one, he called every day on his proggress, when he got one, I drove up from Guntersville AL. Corey went over everything,made the buying and closing prosess a pleasure. These folks work together as a team and it shows, This was my first Honda purchase and now wont be my last. This time I went into Honda to discuss options for lower car payments. The manager and the sales team member, Andre Dolberry, I talked to were both very helpful and I could tell that they ultimately cared about my satisfaction and wanted to see me enjoy my Honda Civic. They were able to put me in a brand new Honda that I know I will love and at a very good, reasonable price I could afford. The overall friendliness of the Economy Honda employees is incredible. People can feel very comfortable and welcomed when they visit this dealership. I've been to other dealerships before and I felt as though I was only a price ticket. And here, I truly felt they wanted to see me happy and satisfied. And I am both. Also, I was very impressed when the lady who helped me with my financing said that she remembered me from the last time I leased a car there two years ago. That really made me feel like I was welcome. And in the future, I will definitely keep my business with Economy Honda because of the quality of their products, the willingness of the company to work with me and my financial needs, and the overall friendliness of the staff. Today I took my 2007 Honda Accord to Economy Honda for some work prior to selling the car to a family member. I have been having my car serviced there since moving to the area in 2007. While there, knowing that the lease was due to expire in 3 months, I decided to look at 2012 Accords and see if I could get a good deal. I did! Salesman Shannon Harris was exceptionally helpful to me. He took a lot of time to explain features which differed from my 2007 Accord. Mr. Harris was very nice and easy to deal with. Mr. Waymond L.Thompson, my sales representative, did a great job. He was courteous, respectful and gave me a very good trade-in value for my old car as well as an excellent ,discounted price on the new 20 great job. This part of the process was very smooth and quick. This is my second vehicle purchased from Economy Honda (2008 Element,new), I use the excellent Service Department as well and have dealt with the dealership for over 4 years. Then came the tedious part of the purchase. The only issue I had with this car purchase was the extremely long time it took to get to and finish the actual financial part of the process. I waited at least 2 hours to get to a finance rep, then it took another hour with the finance rep,Ryan, who was in training. While trainee Ryan was extremely courteous and friendly, it was obvious to me that he was not completely familiar with efficiently expediting the buying process, extended warranty options and payment . Again, I was patient, but had to point out some problems/errors to him. I do not fault him at all, as the dealership management should have had mentored him during this process until he knew it cold. This was the exact opposite purchase experience than that which I had with my 2008 Element purchased from this dealership (quick and efficient). I am very familiar with the car buying process as this is my 11 Honda auto purchased. This took the longest to finish a purchase of any car in my lifetime, and I am 69 years old. Luckily for Economy Honda, I am an exceptionally patient person, and I knew they were busy on a Saturday. However, another customer may have become frustrated and left. This is meant as constructive commentary to the management of what I consider to be my favorite Car Dealership ever. More

A MUST! YOU MUST, MUST, MUST visit Economy Honda. We are a young family from Cumming, Georgia. We saw a used vehicle online at a GREAT price and drove up on a Friday evening (March 2, 2012). Little did we realize we had driven into a massive hail storm. We had a six o' clock appointment and ran into the building hoping they would still be open in spite of the oncoming storm. Not only were they open, they welcomed us in and we quickly were able to complete a test drive. As the storm approached, they offered their staff the ability to go home. Our salesman, Clinton, stayed and helped us anyway. The staff was hilarious, they watched with anticipation as the hail started coming down outside. I can only imagine the terror of the owner of a car dealership in a hail storm!!! The sales manager went out of his way to run out and move our "new" used vehicle, so it didn't get any hail damage!!! We purchased our wonderful "new" used car quickly and with no hassle. There was a positive attitude from the whole staff. We had about 3 previous negative incidents with other dealerships, but Economy Honda went above and beyond expectations. We will not hesitate to drive the 2.5 hours from our home to do business with them again. THE BEST! dealership we have ever dealt with. Thanks Economy Honda!!!! More
