He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional...He allowed us to take our time. He did not make us feel pressured at all..That is a hugh plus with my husband and I. Andre was so helpful when I test drove a Crv for the first time. Although I didn't agree with him that the car had enough power for my daily commute, he was honest and very friendly. He took me to a gre first time. Although I didn't agree with him that the car had enough power for my daily commute, he was honest and very friendly. He took me to a great test driving location and I was able to really DRIVE the car! He took his time with me and didn't make me feel guilty when we did not come back to buy the car. All in all, he was fabulous and showed me exactly what payment I could expect up front. The customer service was incredible! Kenny went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and was happy with my new car. Nacho made popcorn for my boys while we waited to sign all the papers.
