Just bought a new Odyssey from Shannon Harris. Had planned on a used one but he and Jeremy worked with me until we had a deal that we needed. Excellent experience! The staff at Economy Honda is great! I went there wanting a truck and Brittany and Clinton work so hard to find me a great truck at a great price. This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle from Econo a truck and Brittany and Clinton work so hard to find me a great truck at a great price. I had a great experience buying a pre-owned vehicle from Economy Honda. I found a 2008 Kia Sedona EX at a great price online (either Cars.com or autotrader site, not sure which), and was impressed immediat Economy Honda. I found a 2008 Kia Sedona EX at a great price online (either Cars.com or autotrader site, not sure which), and was impressed immediately when Greg Brock was available and online well before 9am to answer questions that I had re. the vehicle. Greg was responsive and extremely interested in earning our business. We were coming from out of town to look at the Sedona, and through several phone calls to coordinate, Greg made all the arrangements necessary for my visit to go smoothly. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by one of the managers and introduced to Clinton Cooke, who took the lead in showing me the vehicle and walking me through the process of purchasing. From the test drive to the various steps it took to have our trade-in appraised it was a pleasure dealing with Clinton throughout. We had a brief negotiation over the trade value for our Honda Pilot, but it was amicable and professional and never uncomfortable, and ultimately we were able to reach mutually acceptable terms that I was pleased with. Clinton is a very nice guy to deal with, and a fine representative of what clearly is a top-notch dealership. I was highly impressed by everyone I met at Economy Honda, and blown away by the size and volume of vehicles which they handle. The price of the Kia we bought was FAR better than any other comparable vehicles we'd been seeing, and it was in great shape and exactly as represented in the online listing. This was in contrast to a local Knoxville dealer that I'd visited earlier in the week who's internet add listed several important features that were nowhere to be found when I went to see the car (not to mention the vehicle wouldn't start, just a small detail that had been overlooked!). If I had one small caveat to this review, it would be that it would have been great to have a full tank of gas upon leaving to return to Knoxville. I had to stop and fumble around that night with filling it up, but on balance not a very big deal. Great salesperson, great dealership, great experience. The trip from Knoxville to Chattanooga was well worth it! Thanks Clinton and thanks Economy Honda! More
My parents have purchased three new vehicles from Economy Honda since 2001 so when my wife and I decided to purchase a car this was our first choice. The experience we had was awesome. Larry was knowledgeable about the cars and was not pushy whatsoever.I work in business sales for T-Mobile and Larry is a model salesman. Larry was more interested in finding the right car for my families needs and was willing to meet me at my price point (after after a little back and forth negotiation). It was an enjoyable experience when we came in to sign the paperwork as we were offered beverages and they brought toys for my 2 year old to stay occupied with . Ryan the finance guy was friendly and laid back. He was patient and kind as my son wondered around his office looking for anything to grab. After the vehicle was ready Larry spent some time showing my wife the buttons and controls of the car and at this point it was already after 9pm. Economy Honda will continue to earn my business in the future. Keep up the good work. More
My husband and I just adore John! We have worked with him several times in the last three years. He is always helpful and consistent,even with his phone calls. Nacho was very friendly and professional. He was very informative about the product he was selling. We thought it was great that he followed-up with us several times before the sale was final, but we ne informative about the product he was selling. This was our 1st experience @ Economy Honda and we will definately recommend Nacho to our family and friends. Management was also instrumental in our final decision to purchase a Honda. For that reason when I decided to purchase a new car, I wanted a quote from Economy Honda. I went to the Dealership to drive the Honda Accord I wanted. I met Waymond Thompson amd he greeted me with a smile and a handshake. I could tell immediately that he was a people person. I could tell he cared for me, not only as a customer, but as a human being. I believe he wanted to treat me the same way he would want to be treated. I checked out other Dealership offers, and found that Economy Honda was the best offer. I'm not an impulse buyer, and have to feel sure I'm making the right decision for a new car. It took me a month to make my decision. Waymond was very patient. He would call me a couple of days a week to let me know he wanted to be the one to sell me my Honda, and he wanted to know if I needed certain information to help me make my decision. I finally arrived at my decision on Saturday, June 30th. Since I wanted Navigation he had the car brought in from Nashville. He demonstrated how the Navigation System worked before he left with his family on vacation. He had Hank Coyle and Robert Graham to help me when I came for my car on Monday,July 2nd. Both men were especially helpful to me. I can't say enough nice things about Waymond Thompson. He's a real asset to Economy Honda. He told me when he returned from vacation that he call and see how I liked the car, and if the car was performing up to my expections. I would be happy to recommend potential customers to him. More
