My experiences at Economy Honda Superstore has always been great. That is why I always find my way back here when the time comes to trade or buy. Shane Defoor was Great! I went there to update software(Retchie Lopez) on my 2006 Honda Accord but left with a 2010 V6 Honda Accord. Shane was willing to help put me in the car I wanted. Could not be more pleased with the people I dealt with. Shane was especially terrific and I would recommend him to anyone. We just bought our second car from Economy Honda in about a year. Their sales staff is not pushy and generic like those of most car lots. They take the time to get to know you and how to help you. This is hands down the best car buying experience i have ever had. I drove up from huntsville Al late on a friday night, and got there about 45 minutes before they closed. As soon as i walked in the door i ever had. I drove up from huntsville Al late on a friday night, and got there about 45 minutes before they closed. As soon as i walked in the door i was greeted promptly and quickly taken care of. The manger Corey came out and introduced himself, and then Brad took me out to look at the Accord's i was interested in. I was worried that it being so late on a friday night that i might be rushed. This was not the case. I drove 2 models to hone in on what i wanted and Brad Starnes was extremely friendly and knowledgable. I didn't feel rushed at all, Brad was great. Frankly i'd be in a hurry to get out of work on a friday night. Ryan Ziegler helped me with the financing and he was also great. He realized i had a 2 and half hour drive home to make so he was quick and to the point, which i greatly appreciated. Brittany Carter was the e-sales liason i delt with and she quickly answered all emails and phone calls. She even called me late afternoon friday to inform me about a finance special that were having, which played a major factor in allowing me to get the model i wanted. The most surprising aspect was the fair amount i recieved for the car I was trading. In the past i have always had difficulty securing a fair amount for my trade in. I'm glad i didn't have to deal with alot of back and forth negotiating. I was in and out in 2 hours with a great new car. Economy Honda had the model i wanted and it was significantly less than any local dealers i had researched. In short i would recommend Economy Honda to anyone looking for good deals, and superb customer service. More
