My overall experience in purchasing my new Honda Accord was really good. Jeff Newell was very helpful in everything we needed. It didn't matter to Jeff he gave me plenty of time. I wanted to look at a red Accord, but I didn't see one on the lot. I asked Jeff and he looked on the computer, found one and brought it up for us to test drive. I chose the red Honda and I am very pleased with my decision. I also knew what kind of payment I had in mind and he worked with us on this process. My husband bought a Honda Civic from Jeff in May 2012 and was happy with the friendly attitude and assistance so naturally when I decided to purchase a new car for myself I chose Jeff Newell. More

Starting on the phone with Amanda Cannon , Amanda Phifer and Jeremy Holsomback , everyone was very easy to communicate with in a relaxed manner. When we arrived Jeremy turned us over to Jeff Newell because the place was swarming with customers . My wife and I appreciated Jeff's calm and pleasant demeanor . He was a pleasure to deal with! After we agreed on the particular CRV , Jeff turned us over to Pat Horton who is a professional at making you smile while you sign on the dotted line ! A+ Experience ! More
My wife and I were looking to see if a new car was right for us. We started with the 2013 Honda Fit, and then we looked at the 2013 Honda Civic. While we were out for our test drive Jeff took it upon himself to bring up a 2012 Honda Civic (the last 2012 on the lot), the price on the car Jeff suggested was amazing, and we never would had thought about even looking at this car without Jeff's suggestion. We felt that we were treated with respect through the whole process, it was raining and Jeff even brought out an umbrella for us (a little goes a long way). We had a bad sales experience back in 2006 and we were hesitant coming back to Economy Honda, but we are really glad we gave them another chance, very happy, and a wonderful atmosphere. The best part was the no pressure which my wife and I always dislike when buying a car, we felt like we could trust Jeff to answer our craziest questions. Also wanted to mention how wonderful Ryan was, very friendly, helpful and easy to talk with. He explained to us everything from A-Z with regards to financing the car. He treated us with A+ quality service. More
After looking for over three months for a good deal on a Crosstour, we found one on Economy's website. Drove from the Nashville area to be greeted by Jeff Newell. My husband and I were looking for the best deal on a Honda Pilot. We had done our research and discovered Economy Honda in Chattanooga. We live in Guntersville, AL which is about an hour and a half aw Honda Pilot. We had done our research and discovered Economy Honda in Chattanooga. We live in Guntersville, AL which is about an hour and a half away, not to mention Chattanooga is an hour ahead. We were excited about buying and I am impatient, so of course, I had to go that night. My husband got us preapproved from USAA for a loan and we decided we would drive up there that night. He made a VIP appointment. When we arrived, there was sales associates ready to wait on us. They were all very friendly. Jeff was the associate we were meeting with. He was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. He asked us what we were looking for and explained the options, etc. When it came to pricing, my husband and I were looking for a specific monthly payment. We had a trade in and that was what was going to allow us to get all the features we wanted but remain in budget. However, my trade in was valued lower than we expected. Jeff and Monte worked together to get it into our desired range. They beat USAA's interest rate which allowed our payments to be in budget. At this point, it was about 9:00 pm on a Friday night. They had closed an hour ago, but they never looked irritated or annoyed we were still there. They were very patient with us. After we agreed on the price, we started the financing process. Of course this is where they offer you extended warranties, etc. We were always taught not to buy them because it is a waste. We declined at first. Josh was not pushy but rexplained the benefits and offered us a slightly lower rate by using the good equity discount, I think that is what it was called. But, we still weren't convince until my husband asked him if he had it and he said yes. My husband, in a joking manner, asked him to prove it... And he did! He showed us his cards. Therefore, we decided to get it. He was not pushy, but very convincing. During the financing process, Jeff filled up our tank and had the car cleaned. He also took my personal tag off of my trade in. He offered to put it on my new car. He also set the clock in the new car to our time! He truly went above and beyond! Everyone was excellent! Oh, I forgot to mention, it was raining the entire time. I would recommend Economy Honda to anyone! They truly take care of their customers! Thank you Economy Honda for being so wonderful! More

They did not have a long list of high cost dealer added accessories added to every car in their inventory. Their posted prices include freight and doc fee. I drove 160 miles to their dealership and saved over $1500. Faith Brookshire got me an out the door price over the phone and when I arrived at the dealer and met with Jeff Newell and Corey Choate everything was exactly as quoted. No games, no pressure, just a good experience in every way. More

This was our fourth car purchase at this Honda dealership in Chattanooga, and our third new car purchase. Shane Defoor was very polite, easy to talk to, and treated us very well.
