I was dead wrong. I am so glad I made that inquiry online, Everyone was so nice from the minute we arrived, we were assigned salesman John "JC" Carlise to help us with a 2014 Honda Accord, he was so polite and attentive to our comfort, he got my attention right away,he was real informal, we had been looking around at other dealerships and the information he was giving us that day, was by far way more detailed than the other salesmen we were visiting, the information started selling me and my wife, we were not planning on rushing and buying a car no matter what, but the attention to detail, the concern of our comfort, the patience (no pressure), all the answers we received to our questions, on top of the Best Price on the Honda Accord, we were persuaded not by pressure but by excellent salesmanship, after we purchased the car he spent over an hour with us going over every detail of the car, and then called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with everything, I've read a lot of positive reveiws on salesmen from this dealership and obvious they take a lot of pride in their salesmen, my personal experience with salesman John Carlisle was excellent, if looking for a car stop by Economy Honda and ask for John "JC" Carlisle when I purchase my next car i will be looking him up at Economy Honda. We worked with Don Brown over a period of about 5 months to find the right car. Each time we spoke with him he was so helpful and understanding. He didn't try to push us into something we didn't want. He was patient and helpful with us during our search and that's why he earned our business. I recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. Also John Carlisle, Garland Langham, and Kendric Finch were also very friendly and helpful when it came to the finance side of our purchase. I highly recommend Economy Honda and their wonderful staff for your next car purchase. More

2014 Accord EL-X I came out to dealership to discuss purchase of a new car for my wife, we had been out there together over the weekend looking at the accords, my wife I came out to dealership to discuss purchase of a new car for my wife, we had been out there together over the weekend looking at the accords, my wife found one she liked, I went out and looked at car by myself, talked with Trae about the car a little bit, My wife could not get out there in the business hours to drive the car, so I suggested Trae take it out to her place of employment and go over it with her, after checking with management, they allowed him to take the car to her and explain the features of the car, which I thought was super nice of them to do. She loved the car so I went back to purchase the car the next day, Trae happen to be off, so I was introduced to Antoine, he and I hit it off while I was taking a test drive in the car myself, I really felt Antoine really went the extra mile in helping me close the deal with price I felt was fair to me. Everything about the company was very professional, great service department, nice area for a person to relax while car is being serviced, just a good all around atmosphere. Hats off to you guys. BEWARE of FRAUDULENT Sales Tactics at Economy Honda The eSales folks were great and we decided to drive to Chattanooga for a car that we found online. When you get to the dealership, you NEVER see the friendly eSales team members, but have to deal with the traditional car salesman. Uggghhh!!! If you plan to purchase a car at this location, then please expect to take a VERY long time waiting for them to get your paperwork together. Oh, and they will DEFINITELY add on additional fees that were NEVER discussed and say, "Oh, well everybody always gets this." Not to mention that YOU will pay THEIR BUSINESS taxes. They will claim that it is a law that you have to pay THEIR taxes, but when I called BOTH the county tax department AND the state tax department, it was completely confirmed that their claims are bogus. With all of the class action lawyers out there chasing million dollar trials, this one would be a SLAM DUNK because EVEN the dealership's General Manager unlawfully made these claims that are fraudulent. If I had time, I would gladly lead the charge to make sure that car shoppers do not get preyed upon by these sharks. Oh, and...if you're shopping from out of town, make sure that you demand your title. We've been waiting since past our temporary tag date and still haven't received our title. Not to mention that they tried to overcharge us for our local taxes. At the end of the day, I probably should have walked away, but I realize that their behavior is just the industry's accepted practice. I will NEVER return to economy Honda because the overall buying experience was downright shameful. More

Harold greeted me in the parking lot upon my arrival. I was really not looking to buy right away but gather information on the purchase process at Economy. He answered every question I had. We then looked at a 14 Pilot EX 4WD and I loved it. He applied no pressure when I said I lived out of town and had to discuss all details with my family. I put a down on a Pilot that afternoon and we were off! I purchased a 14 Pilot EX-L 4WD and am totally satisfied with the treatment I received from Harold and the pricing was outstanding. I highly recommend Harold and Economy for anyone who is looking for a new Honda! More

He did not make me feel pressured at all and gave me all the time I needed to make a decision on which vehicle was right for me and my family. I made several trips and drove several different vehicles before deciding on a 2013 Ford Edge. The dealership is very busy, however Harold always made me feel important as a valued customer. I was very indecisive, but he never rushed me or made me feel like I was being a bother(which I know I was!!!) I know when I am in the market for another vehicle I will come straight to Harold and Economy Honda. I will also send friends and family here for their new or used vehicle purchases. More
