Great service department We were on our way from Tampa to Gatlinburg when our new 2014 Honda started to shake and the engine light came on at 5:00 in the morning. We were in Georgia about 50 miles away from the TN border. AAA came and towed us to this dealership. We would like to thank Denny, most of all, for all of his help and for not keeping us there all day. They worked on our car as soon as they could which took a total of maybe 2 hours but that was ok because they checked the car out real well and got it back to running right again. Thank you to all of you in the service department for your kindness and help in making the rest of our vacation worry free. More

I am sure there are other competent sales reps, but I have dealt with Sal and I know he will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with purchase. Unlike many automobile dealerships, Economy Honda will not just sell you a car and then forget about you. The Service Department is outstanding. In fact, the Service Department is a big part of the reason I return to Economy Honda. More

THE BEST HONDA DEALER EVER I was driving by the area to go on vacation to gatlinburg when my AC went out and was recommended to go to this dealership. When I got there they are so friendly and gave us assistance right away. Although at the end I ended up not pursuing the repair beacuse of the damage to my car and end up buying a new car with them it was overall the best experience for us. Everybody was helpful and treats customers with respect and the sincerity from John Carlisle who was the sales person I worked with was phenomenal. They go abaove and beyond like you would never experience in any other dealership. I would drive back to Chattanooga, Tn just to by my next car. And that's more than 6 hours drive from where I live. Thank you John, in sales, Retchie, Chris, Steven, and Elizabeth in service and also Garlan, Mary and Eric. All you guys makes us feel so much better despite of our circumstances in that vacation. Derrick was a great help in finding me a perfect car. He was willing to show me all the different colors and was very patient as I made my final decision. This was an overall great experience for buying my first car :) I also like how they were able to help me get financed. It took awhile and the interest was a little high but that is understandable given my no credit status and my co-signer's rebuilding credit status. More

After test driving a 2011 civic and thinking that was a good deal, Harold showed me how for not much more I could afford a brand new Civic LX. Both my son and I are very happy with our purchases. I got a new Honda!!!! I just purchased a new 2014 Honda CR-V from Economy. I called the dealership and asked to speak with John Carlisle because he has sold my family five Honda vehicles and he is so nice to deal with. I already knew I wanted a CR-V and had picked out the one I wanted and John took care of everything. When I took delivery, he literally spent an entire hour educating me and my husband on all the functions of the car. It was also a bonus that my dad also bought a new Civic from John that day, and we got a chance to talk to Garland, the sales manager, and realized what a small world it is when we got to talking about both our mothers being in dialysis. It was an overall great sales experience and I'd recommend them to anyone More
