When we arrived at the dealership, Butch greeted us and had the car all ready - everything that could be done to the car ahead of time had been done. We were thrilled, especially because we had a two-hour drive home ahead of us. And since we were paying all cash and had no car to trade, we thought the transaction would be completed in a matter of minutes. But because we had a very, very long wait to meet with a finance manager (Hank), and a long sales pitch for various warranties, we ended up being at the dealership for two hours and fifteen minutes. That was a bummer. More
A++++ dealership I told them what I wanted, the payment range and they gave me everything that I asked for. The experience was good and everything was almost set but I had a little difficulty with my trade in and I had to come back second time. When I came back on 8/9/14 the price of the car went up $1000. They let me purchase the car from the original deal at the original price. I left with a 2014 Honda Accord the second time. The staff are friendly and help. I am in love with my car. More
An Oil Change - a great job by Factory trained techs. On 07/19/2014 I went in Economy Honda for a regular oil change for my 1995 Honda civic. Manufacturer Honda insists 4 qts of 5W-30 oil for my tiny engi On 07/19/2014 I went in Economy Honda for a regular oil change for my 1995 Honda civic. Manufacturer Honda insists 4 qts of 5W-30 oil for my tiny engine. After waiting for almost 2 hours I got my car back after an oil change and when I got my receipt and checked under the hood of my car - I was shocked to see the marvelous stupidities performed by the factory trained technicians and service team at economy Honda. They made such horrible mistakes on a simple oil change. first my vin # was entered wrong and my 1995 Honda civic became an eagle talon. Then the technician filled up my engine with 0W-20 oil instead of Honda recommended 5W-30. The service team also filled up my tiny engine with 5 qts of oil instead of 4 qts max and thus the engine oil started burning and leaking . I also noticed that even after giving them my license-they got my name wrong. when I notified these concerns to my service rep he told me he will confirm with the tech that no errors were made and simply vanished behind the computer to reprint a new service receipt with updated/corrected info to satisfy me. he didn't go anywhere neither to ask the tech to ask/verify/confirm how these errors occurred. he printed the new receipt with right amount of oil and oil type - but left my Honda civic as eagle talon and also my name wrong. When I called the dealership to file a complaint and notify these concerns to service manager and operations manager no responses received. Way to go economy Honda superstore ... Way to build customer confidence .... Keep up the good work. I am very sure that I am just one among the few millions of customer who really verify and measure things before allowing anyone to destroy what I have. I am very lucky that I caught these matters right away - eventually I did my oil change using the right oil type, filter and qts. More

At first we thought we would buy a used vehicle, so we started looking on the internet for ideas. We really liked the Honda CR-V and decided to take a test drive. We found a really liked a 2013 CR-V EX-L but quickly found that all used cars are priced almost as high as new ones. Of the two of us, as I work in the finance industry, I realized that the financing offer from Honda of .9% was an exceptional deal. So in the end we decided on a new CR-V EX-L and started the buying experience. Economy Honda also impressed me with their "TRUE PRICING", at least in so far as the cost "BEFORE" Tax ,Title, and Dealer fee's every other dealer charges when you buy a car. Knowing the TRUE price of the vehicle is by far a welcome change, but I do wish that they would also make clear that TAXES, and FEES will add to the TRUE PRICE of what ever car you choose. The Sales representative, Derrick Ware, and the Finance representative Eric Robinson, were very professional and made the buying experience as enjoyable as it can be. We will gladly recommend Economy Honda to our friends as an honest and reliable car dealer. More

Took a chance and drove 2 hrs. from Nashville to Chattanooga couple times to get the right color and price but also to make up our minds between an Civic or an Accord (now I think is harder to buy a pair of jeans than a car). We are a family of 5 (wife, 3 kids and myself) looking to save gas (home to work, school, church, sports,...), have safe and comfortable transportation. These guys were very helpful, honest, professional and did every thing they said, but overall the friendly and welcoming environment that makes the southern so warm can be seen right there. I'll be back soon for another unit. Thanks guys More

I mentioned that to Harold and he was quick to resolve the issue with management and got me the internet price saving me $$$. Harold was very personable and worked with my tight schedule and got me in the Z3 before I had to go to work. Overall, great experience with Harold and the team that worked with him. Harold gave the whole experience a personal touch! Michael Corley and Lindsey Thomas were awesome as well. Lindsey made the appointments and Michael met me at the door and directed me to Harold when I arrived. They are a great team. More
